Usda Home Loans are going against the grain and helping home buyers buy!
Since the burst of the housing bubble, getting a mortgage to buy a home has become more difficult and taking longer. The result is that less and less people are buying homes and many people that would like to buy feel they will not be approved for mortgage. I’m here to say that there is still one program that exists to help. That it is the Usda Rural Development Home Loan! This is a government back and support program that allows buyers to borrower up to 100 percent of the sales price of the home. In fact they have the ability to purchase with no money out of pocket because the seller can pay closing cost or the closing cost can be financed into the loan if the appraisal is high enough. The guidelines are flexible and allow for borrowers who have limited credit and middle scores down to 620. Two things that are important for qualifying for this loan are that all the members of the house hold have to make less than a certain amount of income. That income limit is based on the number of people going to live in the home and the county the home is located. The property also has to be located in an area that is “Usda Eligible“. These areas tend to be less populated in nature. The interest rates that are offered for Usda Loans are very attractive and help to keep the mortgage payment affordable. The USDA Home Loan is a program that is here to buck the trend and help families continue to reach the dream of becoming homeowners.
